Junior exploration misleading LinkedIn Post

Mineral exploration companies need to tighten up on social media! This is a post prepared by a company on LinkedIn. There are so many errors that it is not even possible to summarize it in one post. But it’s everything from adding inferred resources with other categories to effective date.

We note many inaccurate statements and wonder why the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) allow issuers to make obvious inaccuracies that are filed with SEDAR+.
Overly superlative:“Bonanza vein”
✅Missing key assumptions, parameters, and methods used to estimate the mineral resources
✅Missing effective date of the mineral resource
✅State wrong Technical Report
✅State wrong 43-101 version.
It is like a can of worms full of potentially misleading disclosure and flaws!
