We have identified numerous inaccuracies and question the Canadian Securities Administrators’ (CSA) acceptance of obvious errors that are submitted to SEDAR+. Some of the more egregious errors include:

  • “Bonanza vein”
  • Failing to include key assumptions, parameters, and methods used to estimate the mineral resources
  • Omitting the effective date of the mineral resource
  • Incorrectly referencing the Technical Report
  • Incorrectly referencing the 43-101 version.

This oversight can potentially lead to misleading disclosures and flaws, which is concerning.
