The Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Norra Kärr Rare Earth Elements Deposit and Potential Byproducts in Sweden contains misleading information regarding the mineral resource estimates from the Ilimaussaq and Lovozero’s properties.

Companion Policy 43-101CP
As defined in Part 3, section 3.3 of the companion policy 43-101CP, the Qualified Person (QP) did not:
- Disclose if they were able to verify the estimate.
- They also failed to caution investors that there is no assurance similar results will be achieved on the property that is the subject of the technical report.
